Wildberries (WB), a eCommerce platform, is one of the fastest growing companies in Russia. However Wildberries sellers were constantly complaining about the inefficient Seller Portal, forcing them to manually count their metrics.

Solution
Train ChatGPT on real human experts. We onboard them to train our fine-tuned models based on the input that users make when interacting with ReAI, and reward them for their input every month.

We’ve built a simple MVP that would rate business ideas with AI, and people liked it. We had our first revenue and first happy customers. However, the function was too limiting and small value-wise to justify continuous use. So we spoke with users to see what they thought and we got a substantial insight - gamification.

We've had an angel help us out, we grew to 10k users organically, but ultimately we couldn't create a great product with the tiny team of me and my cofounder. So we had to shut ReAI down.
